Event Sales Coordinator:
We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish Event Sales Coordinator with strong experience in sales, customer service, and excellent computer skills (Microsoft word, outlook, excel).
As our Event Sales Coordinator for our company, you will need to truly enjoy helping people and be excellent in sales! At The Rose Gardens, we are very customer service driven and want to help our future customers book their most memorable event with our venue because we offer them everything they need for their event. You will need to be able to transmit trust, be confident when showing our venue, know how to negotiate, and think quickly to close the contract. You’ll need to be a fast learner, independent, know how to use excel, Microsoft word, and outlook, and be able to multitask. Have excellent telephone etiquette.

The Job requires you to book walk thrus, sell our venue to clients looking for a venue to host events, draft contracts, collect deposits/payments, follow up with all your leads daily by calling, emailing, and texting, and while always updating our CRM.
Other duties within your job title will be applied. The schedule is Monday thru Saturday with two days off which are Sundays and Wednesdays.
Office hours are 10 AM to 6 PM but the schedule may change depending on how busy we are. Pays $19 per hour plus a 2% commission on anything you book.

Bar Cashier:
Looking for a Bar Cashier that is available to cashier for our events at the Bar. You will need to know how to use square, keep track of hosted tabs, handle cash and credit card payments, must be available to work weekends, 8 hours shifts, stand. You must be reliable, responsible, great personality, loyal. This is a part-time job and is on call. Available to work in our Anaheim and Whittier location. Must have previous experience in customer service, cashiering, restaurant, host or any other similar job. Pays $18.00 per hour + tips.
