Event Sales Coordinator: 

Looking for an Event Sales Coordinator that is bilingual in Spanish with experience in sales, customer support, & customer service. Our ideal Event Sales Coordinator is a fast learner,  independent, knows how to use excel, Microsoft word, outlook, is great at multi-tasking, planning, loves people and sales. If you are goal oriented, responsible, loyal,  team player and are looking for stability and to grow within the company this job is for you.

The Job requires you to book walk thrus, sale our venue to clients looking for a venue to host events, draft contracts, collect deposits/payments, plan the client’s event from beginning to end, schedule food tastings, details meeting, create BEO’s, always update our CRM. Other duties within your job title will be apply. Schedule is Monday thru Saturday with two days off which are Sundays and Monday's. Office hours are 10AM to 6PM but schedule may change depending on how busy we are. Pays $19 per hour plus 2% commission on anything you book.

Bar Cashier: 

Looking for a Bar Cashier that is available to cashier for our events at the Bar. You will need to know how to use square, keep track of hosted tabs, handle cash and credit card payments, must be available  to work weekends, 8 hours shifts, stand. You must be reliable, responsible, great personality, loyal. This is a part-time job and is on call. Available to work in our Anaheim and Whittier location. Must have previous experience in customer service, cashiering, restaurant, host or any other similar job. Pays $15.00 per hour + tips.
